For the 2021 Chef Power List this year, Restaurant Hospitality editors pulled together a list of chefs who serve as culinary ambassadors for lesser-known ways of cooking, uncommon ingredients and new ways of thinking about their businesses.

We went looking for independent chefs who are pushing boundaries and bringing fresh culinary ideas to the industry.

But we would also like to hear from you.
