Call for submissions

So you think your restaurant has the best sandwich in America?

Prove it by submitting your dish to the annual Best Sandwich Contest. Winners will be selected by the editorial team at Nation’s Restaurant News and Restaurant Hospitality.

We are look for innovation, great presentation and creative ingredients. All types of sandwiches are welcome, whether grilled or toasted, vegan or meat-filled, on whole-grain or rye, open-faced or crustless.

One note, however: no hamburgers or hot dogs, please. We don’t consider those sandwiches (even if you call it a patty melt).

The sandwiches submitted must be currently on the menu. This contest is for independent restaurants or emerging chains with fewer than 20 locations.

Additional details required:

• A high-resolution (300 dpi, minimum 4-inches wide) JPEG photo is required.
• The deadline for submission is July 29.
• Winners will be revealed in August, both in the NRN print magazine, as well as at NRN.com and Restaurant-Hospitality.com.
