Who doesn’t love a sandwich?

In good times and bad, there’s always a sandwich. The dish works for every daypart, across all segments and for all ages. For restaurants, the humble sandwich offers versatility and an opportunity to create an approachable menu offering that keeps guests coming back.

Every year, the editors of Restaurant Hospitality recognize the most innovative sandwich-makers and the trends they represent in the Best Sandwiches in America report. If you have an amazing new panini, grilled cheese, po’ boy or torta that customers are talking about, we want to hear about it. Any style of sandwich is welcome, but this contest does not include burgers. For official rules click here.

Submissions end on August 28, 2020. Restaurant Hospitality editors will evaluate the entries and narrow them down. The team will vote on the winners in various categories. The winners in each category will be showcased in the October issue and on Restaurant-Hospitality.com.
